摘要: MiRNA是一类能在转录后水平对靶mRNA进行降解或翻译抑制的非编码小RNA,在多种生物学过程中发挥重要的调节作用。近年来MiRNA与眼组织的发育、眼部疾病的关系成为眼科领域研究热点之一。本文就MiRNA的发现、作用机制,其在角膜、晶状体、视网膜等眼组织中的表达,以及MiRNA与眼表、晶状体、葡萄膜、青光眼、视网膜等眼科疾病相关性的研究进展进行综述。(国际眼科纵览,2013,37:48-53)

Abstract: MiRNA is a class of small noncoding RNA which regulates gene expression posttranscriptionally by translational repression and mRNA degradation. They play important roles in many biological processes. Nowadays, the relationships between MiRNA and the development of ocular tissues and ocular diseases have been shown to be a hot topic in ophthalmology. This review focuses on the detection and mechanism of MiRNA, the expression of MiRNA in ocular tissues such as the cornea, lens, retina, but also on the correlation among MiRNA and diseases of the ocular surface, lens, uvea, and retina and in glaucoma.
